which为关系代词，作in的介词宾语， the increasing emphasis is on specialization为定语从句作后置定语修饰careers,翻译时，将the increasing emphasis 作动词翻译，译为日益强调，但是我不明白哪个词做了careers的谓语，还有on specialization有没有倒装

从句部分是：in which the increasing emphasis is on specialization
（注意 “in which ”也是从句的一个部分，因为很显然，它充当了从句中的状语成分。）
从句类型：定语从句，整个从句作careers 的定语，修饰它。careers，这个被定语从句修饰的名词，就称作为：先行词。
从句结构解析：首先要有一个概念，从句in which the increasing emphasis is on specialization是一个完整的句子（看到你说the increasing emphasis is on specialization是从句，就知道你没有掌握好从句的概念，从句是个完整的句子，关联词也是从句成分），在这个从句中，in which=in these careers （关系代词which指代先行词careers）是一个介词短语充当地点状语，the increasing emphasis 是主语，is是系动词，on specialization是表语。所以，这个定语从句是一个“状+主+系+表”结构的简单句。
定语从句的意思：在这些工作中，专业细分越来越受到重视。
整个复合句的翻译（意译）：许多职业越来越强调术业专攻。
